Join our Teaching Chef and her team to practice:

- Cooking and Baking skills

- Plating and Decorating techniques

- Measurements and conversions

- ServSafe food handling practices

- Equipment and ingredient identification

- Proper kitchen management skills

…and you get to EAT your creations in this professional but FUN practice setting.

 

THIS CLASS IS LIMITED TO 16 STUDENTS ONLY

As a team, students will cook, bake and enjoy their recipes in each class!

Wednesday nights, 5:30– 7:30 pm

Tuition: $165/month plus tax ~ $45 plus tax drop in rate

(Includes professional instruction, all foods, drinks and recipes)

Drop off the kids for a 3-hour, movie themed dinner/dessert/pajama party!

Kids bring blankets and pillows for carpet time and enjoy a mini cooking class as they make their dinner, desserts and snacks with our teachers!

June 14 – 18 :   Game On!

Fortnight themed food fun, tossed with some old-school Minecraft,  Plants vs Zombies AND classics like Mario Smash Bros, Monopoly and more….a full range of games through the years will be brought to life in our kitchen. A cookie cake Candyland board is fun to play AND eat. Minecraft creepers made from green rice krispies can battle with oozy zombie pizzas and green pea catapult shooters! Create your own health elixir or Fortnite slurp-juice to build something delicious! We turn favorite games into foods to play with and enjoy…we ‘re ready for your Hungry Hungry Hippos!

Kids cook their own breakfast, lunch and snacks, desserts, make drinks, enjoy gardening, guest visitors with treats, science experiments, indoor/outdoor games and have great fun with friends!

Camp Hours : 9am – 3 pm (extended care available from 8 am – 5 pm for an additional fee)

Ages 5 - 12

Public and Private Schools function on varied schedules. We are available for ALL holidays, check your school schedule to verify days off for your child.

Week-long package rate $335 / week plus tax

Advanced Cooking Class for Kids

Ages 10 - 16

Local Chefs and cooking instructors take older kids through a detailed course of culinary skills including:

-       knife skills

-       measurements and conversions

-       ServSafe food handling practices

-       herb /spice / ingredient identification

-       palette expansion

-       first-aid in the kitchen

…and MORE in a detailed and deliberate practice setting.  

THIS CLASS IS LIMITED TO 15 STUDENTS ONLY

As a team, or individually, students will make a dish to sample in each class.

(full meals NOT always provided due to the focused nature of the coursework)

Choose either MONDAY or TUESDAY nights, 5:30 - 7:30pm 

Fees:$165/month plus tax  ~ $45 plus tax drop in rate


* Celebration Dinner– additional fee required to participate in our end of session showcase dinner, hosted by our students, serving their families!
